Asian Inspired Rice Bowl
As is often the case with my cooking recipes this is more of a guideline than an actual recipe.
When I make Rice Bowls I tend to think of a spice or flavor I want to go with (Asian, Italian, etc.) and just use vegetables and spices that are often used with them. Sometimes I just have what I have in the house and go with that.
Rice Bowls can be so healthy and can support making enough to have for dinner, lunch the next day, and freezing for future meals. When I make a mess in my kitchen I like to get more than 1 meal from it. 😊
